LucidCore Health was created around a simple idea: people should have a clearer, easier way to learn about emerging approaches to health and wellness and connect with a qualified medical professional who can determine what is right for them.
We provide education, intake and evaluation services for people interested in peptides, testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and other approaches to improving energy, focus, strength, recovery, metabolic health and healthy aging.
But LucidCore is not a medical practice.
We are a Management Services Organization – or MSO – designed to provide the information and administrative pathway that connects you with an independent licensed clinician.
Our Story
The health and wellness landscape is changing quickly.
People are increasingly interested in peptides, TRT and other emerging approaches to improving how they feel and function. At the same time, navigating those options can be confusing. There is an enormous amount of information online, widely varying claims and no obvious path for someone who simply wants to understand what may be appropriate for them.
LucidCore was created to provide a better starting point.
Our role is to help people learn about their options, think more clearly about their goals and complete a straightforward intake and evaluation process. From there, we connect them with a licensed clinician who independently evaluates their health and determines whether treatment is medically appropriate.
The result is a process designed to be understandable, convenient and clear about who is responsible for your medical care.
What LucidCore Does
LucidCore provides the non-medical starting point for the process. We:
Provide educational information about peptides, TRT and wellness
Help you identify your health and wellness goals
Provide an intake and evaluation process
Connect you with an independent licensed clinician for medical evaluation

Why We Use the MSO Model
The distinction between LucidCore and your medical provider is intentional.
As a Management Services Organization, LucidCore handles education, intake and the administrative process of connecting you with a licensed clinician. We do not control the clinician's medical judgment.
That separation helps protect patients by keeping medical decisions where they belong: between the patient and a qualified medical professional.
The clinician independently reviews your information, evaluates your health and determines whether treatment is appropriate. Treatment is never guaranteed simply because you completed a LucidCore evaluation.
If treatment is recommended, prescriptions, treatment decisions and medical follow-up take place through the clinician's platform – not LucidCore.

Your medical care is provided by LoveJoy Arriesgado, a dual-board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of healthcare experience.
LoveJoy has advanced training in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), medical weight management, functional nutrition, anti-aging and peptide therapy. Her approach combines evidence-based medicine with a focus on understanding each patient's individual health needs and goals.
Following your LucidCore evaluation, LoveJoy independently reviews your information and determines whether treatment is medically appropriate.
All medical decisions, prescriptions, treatment and follow-up care are provided through Marcus Clinic.
