The $210 fee is non-refundable.
What Your Evaluation Covers
Your LucidCore Consultation & Evaluation provides the starting point for exploring whether peptide therapy, TRT or other wellness approaches may be appropriate for you.
The process includes:
- Completion and review of your health and wellness intake
- Identification of your primary goals and concerns
- Evaluation of the information needed for your clinician consultation
- Education to help you better understand available wellness options
- Connection to our licensed medical partner for an independent medical assessment
